Rajesh A.Rao
Physics and Mathematics
Rajesh is an IIT-Madras alumni with a Masters degree from a US University. He quit his senior management job of 20 years in IT to start Connecting The Dots in 2013 driven by a passion to change how Science & Mathematics are taught. After extensive research of teaching methodologies of various countries and infusing it with his own insights, he developed the teaching methodology that all faculty of Cloud-Tutors currently use. His classes on Physics and Mathematics are extremely popular with students. An avid reader, he cannot but help see Mathematics and Science in everyday life. He has also trained several thousand teachers of Science & Mathematics and is probably one of the few CEOs whose first passion is teaching.
Deepa Rajeev
Physics
Deepa has a degree in Electrical engineering from one of the premier institutes of the country. She has been a teacher for 16 years teaching students of grades 10, 11 and 12. Extreme patience with every student is her forte. Her classes don’t stop until every student in her class has understood the concepts. She routinely coaches students for various competitive exams like IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced), NEET, CET etc. She has worked in CBSE, ICSE and international schools as a physics teacher along with handling other supervisory and academic roles. Her strong belief that a good teacher can have an everlasting impact on a student drives her to be a teacher who creates a positive, safe space for students where learning comes naturally.
Anantha Somayaji
Mathematics
Ananth holds an engineering in the Electronics and Communication. He worked in the IT industry for close to 20 years in marquee companies like IBM. He transitioned out of the corporate world 10 years ago to pursue his passion in teaching and has been teaching Mathematics to students of grades 8 to 12.
He is also an avid technology buff and conducts technical workshops on a regular basis in over 25 engineering colleges on programming in C, Java, Python and web application development
Mariam Ali
Mathematics
Mariam is an Electronics & Communication engineer with a B. Ed. degree.
She has worked as a Mathematics teacher for 5 years and has taught students across various social strata.
Her interest in teaching was kindled by a need to understand the process of teaching/learning while working with her own children. This led her to enrol for a B.Ed. degree. While doing her B.Ed. she fell in love with the teaching profession and the opportunity it gave her to influence young minds. She is a very strong proponent of bringing Mathematics out of the realm of the abstract and into the real world. Her students love her classes.
Padma N
Chemistry
Padma has a Masters degree in Chemistry and an M.Ed. She has 28 years of experience in teaching Chemistry. She has taught in schools and in Engineering colleges as a teacher, academic coordinator and a Senior Professor.
She has been a recepient of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan Best Teacher Award and was among the top 5 finalists in All India Science Slam Contest.
She is always eager to ignite the young minds and has been instrumental in kindling the spirit of exploration and a love for Chemistry in all her students. She never conducts a class without an activity or an experiment.
Ranjani Kandi
Physics
With Fundamental Physics and Astronomy as her special interests, Ranjani has done her M.Sc. in Physics and M.Phil. in Astrophysics from Christ University, Bengaluru. She has interned at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics. Coming from a family of teachers and academicians, she always had an inclination towards the field of education and wanted to be a part of it. She is a vocal proponent of being an eternal learner, staying curious and channelising the knowledge hence gained, in concept based education. She also has a corporate work experience of around 7 years.
Phanidhar H
Chemistry
Phanidhar holds a post graduate degree in Organic Chemistry with a B.Ed. He has been trained by the US based Flippen group in their CKH program. He has also been empowered to understand the importance of the 7 Habits by the Stephen Covey group. He is also certified as a lay counsellor by the PCC institute. His experience of more than 10 years spans schools and premier coaching institutes like Deeksha network, Allen Career institute, Synapse Educare Pvt Ltd etc. handling various roles of senior faculty, facilitator, coordinator and Principal. He believes that a new paradigm in teaching is needed for the upcoming generations.
Nalla Lakshmi Prasanna
Biology
Being a masters in Biochemistry, from Osmania University Hyderabad, Lakshmi Prasanna gained in-depth knowledge in the subject, She followed her passion and pursued M.Tech (Biotechnology) at IIT Hyderabad and accomplished her interest in life sciences. She has 7 years of experience in the teaching field, which makes her stand among other experienced faculty here.
